A Rest

Lucius was almost sick of the dungeon, which was unusual for him, as he loved living in the dungeons. So he had decided to go out to a bench in the courtyard for a breather. He made his way out, and when he made it to the doorway, the sunlight blinded him. He staggered out to the nearest bench he could see, not that he could really see anything. The intense sunlight brought on a mixed feeling of a hangover, being drunk, and being in a stat of vertigo all at the same time.
He sat down, and shadeed his eyes with his hand, trying to make it easier to see.

Ross made her way out to the Courtyard, enjoying her afternoon walk, and enjoying the warm sunlight even more. Her scarlet, form fitting robes moved as she did, the material flowing around her ankles. The golden charms hanging from the waist belt and the arms of her robes shone in the light. She spotted someone ahead of her, sitting down on a bench. I wonder.. she thought, deciding to go see who it is.

Cassius had felt the presence of the other person before he or she had sat down. However, he didn't know who, or even what his or her sex, was. He heard no voice, so, he decided that he would break the silence. "Hello," he said, deciding to wait for a response before he said more.

"Hello," Ross replies with a smile, finishing her walk over to the bench. "Nice day, isn't it?" she asks, though from the looks of it, the man wasn't enjoying it much. "I'm Rosslyn Connor.. I teach History of Magic." She finished with a slight cringe, the words still like razors on her tongue.

Cassisu still feared opening his eyes, as they had yet to adjust. Though he was able to reply. "Cassius Python, Divination. And yes, it is a lovely day," came his reply, though he still held his eyes tightly shut.
